That was the reason i chnaged nsstats.tcl into page, not module, now you can put it anywhere under pages/ and point browser and use it instead of restarting server just or change something or enable/disable it.

That was the main reason not to use it on existing production servers because it is a module

There's only one page: index.adp.  We can just put that in the root directory.

nsstats.tcl is a module and should be in the modules/ directory of CVS.
