The _ns_savenamespaces{} proc included in aol-xotcl.tcl that overloaded the
proc in the aolserver init script is not used in the naviserver startup
process, as this proc does not exist there.
Is there a patch needed somewhere in the bin/init.tcl resp. nstrace.tcl to
accomplish the same behaviour?
