Dear Fox,
The function Tcl_PackageInitProc was apparently deprecated recently for
Tcl 8.7 (TIP #595, [1]).
Therefore, for compiling the released version of NaviServer with Tcl
8.7a5, remove the flag -DTCL_NO_DEPRECATED from the compiler flags, and
everything should be fine.
We should probably wait for the release of Tcl 8.7 for switching to the
non-deprecated function name "Tcl_LibraryInitProc". In the meantime, i
have remove the -DTCL_NO_DEPRECATED flag from the default compile options.
