Tony, At one time KTL in Hull, England was offering SS7 testing. The contact there was Andy Ombler. I worked in the SS7 field analyzing, comparing SS7 national and carrier standards and tests against the ITU Q series. In general the carriers insisted on carrying out the certification work themselves. If you are interested in more information on SS7 standards in some key countries I do have that information.
