I don't know if anyone is working to integrate this into an
OpenSolaris library, but I had to create these interfaces when I was
porting over the WIDE DHCPv6 server.  I've attached copies of the
resulting source code; you're welcome to them.

For many projects based elsewhere outside of opensolaris.org, I
suspect that having getifaddrs() on OpenSolaris won't help
immediately.  Many of those projects have a user base that includes S8
users, so they have to live with local hacks.
