An updated version of newsx version 1.4, patchlevel 6, is now available
from:
ftp://ftp.kvaleberg.com/pub/newsx-1.4pl6.tar.gz
A binary RPM pachage (RedHat 7.1 et al) for this release will also be
available real soon at the same FTP site.
This release is basically for bug fixes. Thanks to all who has submitted
fixes, and thanks for your patience!
Please note that your patches will not always be applied verbatim.
Sometimes I get conflicting patches, or patches that would break earlier
versions of INN for instance. Please inform me or the newsx mailing list
if this new version does not work as it should.
The reasons the version is not names 1.5 are mostly sentimental - a 1.5
proper has been in the pipeline for quite a while.
