You should look closer to what is wrong in the SendPicture sub
(nfsen/libexec/NfProfile.pm) I think. Maybe nfsen user write permission
on profiles-stats/... or missing rrdtool package.

I am a bit new to nfsen I have to say.

Sometimes it is needed to do some debugging however whichever the
application. You should learn how to use linux grep command to find out
where is the faulty function
in the directory where the scripts are :

grep get.picture /opt/nfsen/{bin,libexec} -R

...
