Ok, I found this manual ( http://nfsen.sourceforge.net/#mozTocId652064 ) and 
now i can create filters, but can i view the output of the filter in the graph?

The router will typically create two flows. One of them will be for upload 
traffic (src host, src port, dst host, dst port) and one for download traffic 
(dst host, dst port, src host, src port).
