Are you sure, you are collecting valn labels?
If you process on your instance:

nfdump -M /opt/nfsen/profiles-data/live/e600nyc  -T  -r 
2013/06/11/nfcapd.201306111950 -o 'fmt:%line %svln %dvln'

all your vlan labels are 0.

Make sure your exporter sends VLAN labels and the config for your source has 
either optarg => '-Tall' or optarg => '-T+6'
