Boot up with Win98 bootup disk and get into %system root%>WINNT>system32>config and delete SAM and then log back in as ADMINISTRATOR with blank password.If your system partition is NTFS then get a NTFSPRO from "www.wininternals.com" and pop that disk in after you bootup with win98 boot disk and run NTFSPRO and that will let you in your NTFS system partition.
