No, texnansi encoding is a western european roman encoding. But I guess one could use a real greek encoding with texfont, perhaps lgr-tex (contains only numbers, I don't know what they mean) or one of the numerous kerkis encodings? (gpkerkis looks good) (It looks you could actually use Kerkis fonts; it's a greek Bookman.) But don't ask me more... ;-)
