Although it's a for-pay product, it handles links (and therefore in- browser navigation of the Pragma site!) pretty well, now.
Hm, it *is* a pay-product, but only for company use: "PDF Browser Plugin 2 is free for private use at home for not-for-profit activities and for use at educational institutions for not-for-profit activities."
