Why is in
\setupTABLE[frame=off,split=repeat,splitmethod=a,style={\switchtobodyfont[small]\setupinterlinespace[line=2.8ex]}]the '\setupinterlinespace[line=2.8ex]' not honored (at least not with respect to the switched bodyfont)?
