Hi,

The \in[ref] command is regarded as a mathematical symbol by the
latest beta. There is a simple example as follows:

%%%%
\starttext

\chapter[test]{TEST}

\in{Chapter}[test]

\stoptext
%%%%

The output of it is attached in the mail.
