The \ps, \cc etc. commands where added after the TeXLive 2008 release. Using the latest version from thr garden/CTAN/minimals won't help because it's not compatible with ConTeXt versions before 2009 due to changes in ConTeXt itself. What you can do is upgrade to TeXLive 2009 or install the ConTeXt minimals.
