Apart from the RRDs, all ntop data never survive reboots.If you are not seeing any data in network load, check your RRD configuration. I also noticed you are using ntop 3.3 and I had same problem. Most of theos problems have been fixed in the latest version.
To see network graphs, you need the dot tool and must have installed the graphviz package.
