soho environment, 5 pc's using HP's native scanning protocol (twain WIA)
constant "scanner not found" from the pc's rebooting the the pc's and printer/scanner it re-establishes connections- they do use VPN haven't narrowed it down yet as to whether or not its the VPN that "breaks" the scanning ability-- users claim that "at home it works fine with or without VPN" looking to get a real "Canon/Ricoh/Xerox" into the office , as the current one is a consumer product any thought's ?
