Your best bet would be the Volume License Service Center (although I'm assuming you mean SQL Server 2012 as SQL doesn't use R2). You can also slipstream the SP (and any desired cumulative update) into the install folder so you get it all installed in one go. A quick Google will give you lots of tutorials (make sure to specify it's for SQL 2012 though as it was a different and more cumbersome process for earlier versions)
