For anyone searching archives: Apparently nobody at Microsoft knows
what this message means, either.  We ended up zeroing the MBR and GPT
and letting 'doze create everything from scratch.  Per Dell and our
own testing, none of Dell's diagnostics, UEFI or other embedded tools
exist on the disk; they are all in firmware.  And Win 2008 R2 can
create a new EFI System Partition -- the only things stored there are
apparently the OS loader.
