Try traceroutes from the devices that can't reach the site and see where the breakdown occurs. That will help determine if it's a network issue or a host site problem resulting from updates or changes.

Was working fine yesterday. It's their official website and they use word press to update stuff on it. It works on other networks without an issue. Router was re-booted and no change. I cleared down the DNS cache on the server and still no joy. Cannot get to via IP address either. Can ping it fine. Any ideas? Windows 2003 SP2 server. Can't get to it from the server either.
