(My apologies for the work-related question...:)) List, I'm working with a customer on a switch core build out. The goal is to eliminate any single point of failure all the way down to the patch cables going to the servers. I realize this is gravy on a stack of 3750s and no, upgrading the 2960s is not an option, however, 2960s don't support "cross-stack" etherchannel like the 3750s with stackwise. Since this customer wants to stack the 2960s via SFP points using the stacking cables, what options exist using LACP\PagP\ethernchannel on said 2960s where the servers can plug into a port on each switch and spanning-tree not flip out? I am researching but I wanted to ask the collective as well.
