I have some doing the same and the print spooler service will stop and have to be restarted as well. I think it may be a conflict with some of the later Dell printers and they're software? We've already buttoned down the security. The teachers & students definitely do not have permission to this printer. We have verified this visually & through the effective permissions tab.
