To address that last point, Brian Krebs is a pretty well respected
InfoSec journalist with a background working for the Washington Post.
His blogs are informative and focus on everyday security - often the
fraud that small businesses face on a daily basis that goes largely
unreported.

Google ... you'll find a lot of him out there!

about Kerbs's advice on SP1 in particular, it's sound, even if we don't
know this guy from a hole in the wall, and the advice isn't really new.
