Hi All, Can anyone point me to some respectable whitepapers that show the number of IT support/admin staff to users?
I realize there are a number of variables that come into play: - System Complexity - Standardization - Quality of service etc. I'm looking for general numbers with documentation to back them up. So far I've found a ZD-Net article that suggests 60 users per admin is reasonable.
