The updated version of the 'old' new.scipy.org is now at http://scipy.github.com/. There are still a few things that I think need to get cleaned up. I'll ping the scipy mailing list in the next week or two to start the discussion on redirecting scipy.org and www.scipy.org, as well as solicit comments on the website content.
