Fix For: 1.0.0
Currently there are two fetcher implementation within nutch, one too many. This
task tracks the process of promoting Fetcher2.
my plan is basically to
-remove Fetcher all together and rename Fetcher2 to Fetcher
-fix crawl class so it works with F2 api.
If there are no objections I will proceed with this soon.
