Given the rainy summer all reservoirs are full to the brim. An obseption is the East Branch Croton River Reservoir along route 22 between Croton Falls and Brewster where the dam is under construction. A quick check today found 2 Spotted 1 Semipalm Sand 16 Least 9 Killdeer There is a trail from the north end of the reservoir that follows the west side of the reservoir affording views. Given the lack of habitat elsewhere this spot could heat up. Good birding Evan
