Another Wilson's Phalarope at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. This makes 4 in the last 9 days, which must be a record for the spring at JBWR. This one is a female on the West Pond, ranging from bench 7 to where the pond bends to the north (the spot favored by the Fulvous Whistling Ducks a few years ago). It's best seen from the clearing past bench 7.
