An email was sent from the gmail account that I use for NY Birds stating that I am stranded in the Netherlands and I am in need of money. Indeed this is a hoax as I am not in the Netherlands. My account was shut down by Google. They have completed their investigation and I have been assured that this will not happen again! Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
