The drake Barrow's Goldeneye at Jamaica Bay was seen again today.
It was West of Bench 11 in the bay at about 12:30 when I saw it , and was fairly distant.
The bird was found earlier by Shai Mitra and Pat Lindsay, and was also seen later by Rob Jett, Heydi Lopes and participants of a Linnean Society field trip.
