I birded the pond along with Michael Yuan, Paige Linden Brams and Chris ?
(Sorry Chris, I did mention that I was really bad at names). There were very
very few shorebirds there just after high tide this afternoon. Numbers were
about as follows:
North End;
25 Short-billed dowitchers
5 Greater Yellowlegs
15 Lesser Yellowlegs
1 Spotted Sandpiper
3 Least Sandpiper
5 Semi-palmated Sandpiper
4 American Oystercatchers

South End:
12 short-billed Dowitchers
10 Greater Yellowlegs
4 Spotted Sandpiper
1 Least Sandpiper
2 Semi-palmated Sandpiper

To sum it up this was by far the worst shorebird numbers I've ever seen in
July.

The west pond had 1 Greater Yellowlegs and nothing else.
