I just called and the woman who took my comment said that if the 
governor would take a stand on the issue, it would be reported on the 
front page of his website:http://www.governor.ny.gov/
I also see his Twitter feed appears there. Perhaps it's worthwhile to 
also tweet him our concerns (and with higher public visibility): @NYGovCuomo
