I checked Gerry Park today and found neither Cackling Goose nor Greater White-fronted Goose. However, there were four Wood Ducks, six or seven Hooded Mergansers, and seventeen Gadwalls, in addition to the normal residents: Canada Geese, Mallards, and Herring and Ring-billed Gulls. There were also two American Coots present and I saw three Red-tailed Hawks over the pond.
