Happy New Year! Earlier today there was a single male SURF SCOTER less than 200 yards off Bayville Beach adjacent to The Crescent Restaurant (Soundside Beach Park at Bayville Ave and 8th St) in Long Island Sound in the village of Bayville north of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.
