Some acts witnessed by multiple birding observers regarding a Bobolink & a variety of other migrants in Central Park may have come as close as, or over the line (as understood by any & all reasonable birders & other persons) on what is an illegal activity, and if any such behavior should continue, federal authorities with enforcement powers will be contacted regarding this. The meaning of an illegal activity is: breaking the law whether local, county, state, or federal. Please act in a respectful manner to wildlife, and any persons witnessing what may be illegal activity should make an attempt to video-record such activity, & to potentially share with officials with enforcement powers. No wildlife, nor its peaceful observers, ought be harmed, harassed, nor in any way made to feel unnecessarily uncomfortable, and certainly not threatened, in the peaceful and law-abiding act of enjoying the spring, or any bird-watching season. Thanks for understanding, and being for the birds best interests.

Many other migrant birds continue to be seen in Central Park (& other city parks & green-spaces) while the sheer numbers of the prior several days starting especially last Sunday have been a bit lower.
