Apologies for not posting correct location. Second upon further review and 
assistance (Tim Healy) I am confident that the bird was not a Connecticut 
Warbler but a Mourning Warbler. I apologize for any inconvenience. 

That being said, the bird is working the fence that separates the Coast Guard 
Facility and the access path. It flies to second temporary radio antenna and 
walks/hops to driveway and repeats. 

Very windy so good luck if attempting to view bird
