Joel Strong just texted a WILSON’S PHALAROPE on Ellicott Rd in the Town of Hartland, Niagara County. Ellicott Rd is a relatively short east-west road that runs from Rt 104 on the west to Checkered Tavern Road on the east. The field is a mile east of Day Road and a half mile west of Checkered Tavern Rd, on the south side of Ellicott Rd.
