Hi all, Just wanted to clarify something based on words of caution posted here and on other listservs.
Though cops are clearing parked cars from the highway, are birders allowed to stand nearby to observe the bird? I’m considering an attempt today but wouldn’t bother if my only shot is a “drive-by” look.
