After lunch Bob & I went to Randall's Island, where it was fairly quiet with 3 
Red-breasted Mergansers and a Brant in the Bronx Kill. Bob spotted four Turkey 
Vultures perched on the grass on one of the ball fields investigating a pigeon 
carcass and getting drinks from the puddles.
