The previously reported Pomeranian Jaeger at Mecox is currently sitting on the western shoreline, midway from entrance to northern section of the beach, bayside. A head’s up- parking tickets most likely will be issued to non-beach parking permit cars, starting at 9AM. Eileen Schwinn Other Observers
