Central Park NYC
Thursday September 7, 2023
OBS: Robert DeCandido, PhD, m.ob.

Highlights on a hot and humid morning: Wood Warblers Including Black-throated
Green & Wilson's Warblers, Scarlet Tanager, Rose-breasted Grosbeak.
Yellow-billed Cuckoo and Blackburnian Warbler reported.

Warm weather seemed to have slowed the fall migration, so that while diversity
is good, the number of individual migrants remains low.
