We try and aquire the index node here
[https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/blob/trunk/oak-lucene/src/main/java/org/apache/jackrabbit/oak/plugins/index/lucene/LuceneIndexLookupUtil.java#L49]
which would lead to the index binaries getting downloaded if they are not
synced locally.
This is not really required here since all we need is the index definition
object.
