Soren is right.. The name of the list is 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] When the message is blocked for 
this reason, it goes into a queue that I approve once in a while.. And I 
just did for this patch... I haven't set the flag here in mailman to 
allow any size of patch as it seems that a 100k patch is already very 
large in most cases, and as Soren suggests you should generally commit 
more offer.

That being said, I added an exception for you such that commits from you 
are automatically accepted to this mailing list regardless of their size..

PS. You aren't subscribed to octave-dev@lists.sourceforge.net either, 
though I also added an exception there as well to accept mail from you.
