The proposal would be to move ode/scratch/pxe-iapi to ode/trunk

This branch of development does not have its own "bus" (formerly called the PXE service framework). It is based on the IAPI defined by this group and provides 2 integration layers (JBI and Axis2).

It would be nice to see more momentum towards a unified codebase. If we
can get the whole repackaging, renaming, relicensing mumbo jumbo out of
the way, I think it would open the door to more collaboration, code
hacking and even external contributions.
