The service unit content would be the same as the deployment unit content for AXIS2. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be a page describing this format, but it basically needs to contain the relevant artefacts (BPEL, WSDL, XSD) and a deploy.xml. You can look at the examples SAs in the jbi-distro.
