Maciej Szefler resolved ODE-65.
-------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

There was a problem in the MEMDAO implementation where the
CorrelatorDaoImpl.removeRoutes method was only removing the routes associated
with that correlator, and not all the correlators. Kind of bad design, the
method should really be on the ProcessInstanceDAO, not on the CorrelatorDAO.

Committed revision 463382.

> Create unit-test "TestDynamicPick". The test contains a <pick> within a
> <while> element. First message appears to route to the <pick> okay however a
> second message routed to the <pick> logs the following:
> FATAL - INTERNAL ERROR: Duplicate ASSOCIATION for CHANEL 56
> This could be another implied BPEL constraint issue or the test-IL should be
> doing something in the message exchange however it is not obvious to me how
> this error can be mitigated.
