I have downloaded from the
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/org/apache/geronimo/specs/geronimo-qname_1.1_spec/1.0.1/
"geronimo-qname_1.1_spec" and manually installed it.
So axis2-war build was successful.
And i have completed the ODE built . Thank You mbs...
