Hi Jiang,
I'm running ODE on Geronimo and mysql with no problems.
Try Geronimo 1.1.1 and not the latest 2.0-M2.
Before deploy ODE, add Jencks 1.3 into common libs (For transaction
manager).
Then in ode-axis2.properties (should be in WEB_INF/conf) add the following
ode-axis2.tx.factory.class=org.apache.ode.axis2.util.GeronimoFactory
Now everything should work fine.

Yes, definitely.
Because i tried it(with extra file) with Tomcat and it failed to build.
But if i remove the file, everything is fine with Tomcat.

Did you put it in WEB-INF or WEB-INF/conf ? it needs to be in the latter.
