In the test on
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ode/trunk/bpel-test/src/test/resources/bpel/2.0/TestIf/TestIf.bpel
a <then> block is placed inside an if-statement. This is removed from the BPEL
2.0 specs.
