This might come from a number of things, e.g. problems when unpacking the dist. What Ant version are you using ? You should use a 1.6 version (current is 1.6.2 if I'm not mistaken).

mkdir OJB in db-ojb "home"

and then found j2ee.jar from j2sdkee1.3.1
